Gabriel Vezzola, born in Italy and currently living in Voorburg, The Netherlands, is active as a (fulltime) producer since 2002. After graduating cum laude from the Dutch Sound Academy, he became the in-house producer for various companies such as DancePlanet Recordings (a sub label of Dutch record company Digidance), Media Records Italy and Mid-Town Records.

Since December 2007, he operates as a fully independent producer / remixer, working from his own studio and producing tracks and remixes on a daily basis for various labels, artists and projects.

Gabriel is the executive producer and (partially) owner of some high profile projects. In 2005, he started off the techhouse / minimal project Lush7 on Gabriel's imprint Wasted, showcasing high quality techhouse and minimal tracks supported by top names in the scene such as Michel De Hey, Darko Esser, Funk D’Void, Noir, Patric La Funk, Benny Rodrigues, DJ Misjah, Anderson Noise, Warren Fellow and many more.

Another key project of Gabriel Vezzola is the Groove 'n Gear project, set up for releasing vocal house and summer grooves, feel-good music for the global dance floors. Prior to the release of the full vocal stormer “Say That You Wanna (Do It Again)”, Groove ‘n Gear remixed “Doin It” by Igor Valente, the mastermind behind the Erick E productions and co-producer of “The Beat Is Rockin”.

Besides producing quality music, Gabriel owns his own audio service company named Sonitas where he operates as a sound engineer, producing music for commercials and trailers, (ghost)producing for aspiring artists, mastering for individual tracks / albums / compilations, surround sound mastering for DVD use and sound restoration services.

Gabriel can count on a ever growing client list consisting of EMI Music, Ministry Of Sound, DI.FM, NEWS Records, TMF, Art Of Dance, Dirty Dutch Music, UDC (Dance Valley), Mid-Town Records and many others. Gabriel was the sole engineer for both Chuckie's Dirty Dutch 2008 and 2009 CD and for the Dirty Dutch Live Registration DVD. Gabriel is the main engineer for Selekted Music; before a Selekted release hits the market, Gabriel mastered, tweaked and finetuned it to perfection.

Gabriel experienced his finest hour when he received a call from Beatport after they started an online remix competition for Danny Tenaglia & Celeda’s legendary track “Music Is The Answer. This competition reached an apotheosis when they announced the winner after listening to over 600 entries: Gabriel Vezzola. Believe it or not, his winning mix was produced in under 4 hours and was submitted 5 minutes before the competition closed.

“Considering the many mixes submitted to Beatport, I didn’t think I’d had much of a chance to be honest. Music Is The Answer has always been one of my all time favorite records and just to remix it for my own pleasure was a feast. But to receive a mail from Beatport saying I came in first place, is almost unreal!”

A very talented and versatile producer, blessed with an undisputed feel for quality music combined with highly skilled studio techniques, makes Gabriel Vezzola a man to watch!
